For anybody that came to class yesterday and really pushed it on the Turkish Get-Ups, I bet you're feeling the results of it in your core today. Turkish Get-Ups are a perfect example of Midline Stabilization and a perfect example of how we, as Crossfitters, train our abs without doing a million sit ups! As the day passes, i'm feeling it more and more ;)

i have a little bit of soreness but it was an awesome workout. On a side note to everyone who was there I would heavily suggest doing extensive hamstring warmups cause Wade and I sprained or pulled ours.

There is a CF video where someone does the Turkish Get-Up with a person as the "weight."
It is truly impressive.
Oh yea, I feel it. Will do some more at home!
