We all have those days when we just don’t feel like we can put ourselves through a WOD here at the gym. Maybe our legs are still sore from the WOD the day before (thank you Thrusters!) Maybe we didn’t get a good night’s sleep. Maybe it’s cold outside. Maybe we just plain don’t feel like it. Next time you have a day like that, watch this video and then tell me you don’t have it in you to get to the gym!!

Wow! No excuses! That guy is working hard! I thought thrusters were tough! Now I see they can really be tough!
