Back Squat

3 @ 60% 1 RM

3 @ 70% 1 RM

3 @ 80% 1 RM

3 @ 85% 1 RM

10 jump squats @ 135#/95#.  Scale as needed, these should not be heavy.



In teams of two complete for time:

    4 200 meter farmer's carry, then

    3 rounds of:

        50 wallballs

        50 kettlebell swings

        20 burpees, then

    4 200 meter farmer's carry.*

*One person working at a time during all movements.  Farmer's carry one person does 200m then rests while the 2nd person does 200m.
