CROSSFIT CLASSES

Conditioning

As many reps as possible in 25 minutes, in teams of two, of:

    40 dumbbell lunges

    30 dumbbell push press

    20 wallballs

    10 burpees

*Partner one completes half of the reps of each movement before partner 2 completes the second half of the reps for each movement.
