Before, I was not changing my eating habits up until quarantine started in March. I feel so much healthier now.
I have gone down 5 sizes in clothes. I can tie my shoes by bending down. I can rise from a chair without arms. I am more flexible.
Going from not being able to run one mile without stopping 2 to 3 times to run four races in 2019 & finishing all of them with a great time.
