(add 20 lbs to 1RM)

Set 1: 3 reps @ 70%

Set 2: 3 reps @ 80%

Set 3: max reps @ 90%

Conditioning

Partners, For Time:

6 x 200 m Run Relay (3 times each)

then

Simultaneously:

120 Step Up and Over 50/35 (Rx+ 70/50) 20/20 box (so unfair)
