CrossFit Level 1
Lauren Redeker grew up playing competitive basketball, volleyball, and gymnastics. After graduating from college she began her coaching career in 2012 coaching junior high basketball and volleyball then continuing on to high school volleyball. Lauren would run or workout at a gym every day, however, her competitive nature needed to be challenged more. Lauren decided to try out her first CrossFit workout in November of 2015. After working out in CrossFit Katy’s burn class for around 3-4 months, she was slowly convinced to overcome her fear of the barbell and started full CrossFit workouts without looking back. After two and a half years of falling in love with CrossFit, she decided to get her L1 certification in November 2018 and continue her love for coaching as a CrossFit Katy Instructor.
