Tell us about your sports & fitness background: I never been into sports or fitness until about 6-7 years ago
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Take us back to your first WOD... What was it, and how did it feel? A friend introduced me to Cf a few years ago and since then I have always been intimidated by cross fit because it looks and sounds very intense..I remember walking into the gym and seeing them do clean and jerks, I didn't think that i could do it..it looked way too advanced for me but I stayed and proved myself wrong
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CF (before/after)?I have gotten a lot stronger from when I first started, eating cleaner has become a habit and I wear a size smaller
What sort of changes in your life have you experienced since starting CrossFit? Crossfit gave me a stronger mindset,I don't feel like there's anything that I can't do
Name one goal you have reached since joining CFK and one goal you want to achieve: My main goal was to be fit! I've reached that..I'd like to be able to do a muscle up
Please share with us any favorite CrossFit / CFK moments: I don't have any specific moment but I enjoy CFK I love how welcoming and motivating everyone is to me and each other I've never experienced anything like it!
Any advice for people just getting started? You don't have to be athletic and give yourself time to adjust
What are your hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of CrossFit? Traveling,eating,shopping
