Any advice for people just getting started?  Like you have heard, just keep coming, don’t give up, and yes you will be sore.  My advice is to trust and listen to our Trainers, they are really good at what they do for us and you will be sore but keep coming.

What are your hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of CrossFit? As most everyone knows I love the TEXANS football.  I’ve learned how to Bbq when I moved out here, mix different flavors and spices, enjoy my family and grandkids.
