For Time:

A) Each pair runs five 200 m, alternating, relay style (total of 10 runs) *don't worry, Mike will explain it all*

B) Accumulate 6/5 miles on the Bike

C) Partitioned however:

250 Alt DB Snatch 50/35 (Rx+ 70/50)

250 DB Step Overs 20inch box for everyone
